Tips for Visiting

  • Purchase tickets online in advance, as cash or credit cards are not accepted at the ticket booth. This also helps manage wait times.
  • Plan your visit during the week or earlier in the season (November 7-22) if you have a discount code, as exchanges for discounted tickets are limited to this period.
  • Be aware of the 11 ft height restriction for the entrance tunnel; full-size buses and large RVs cannot be accommodated.
  • Allow extra time for your visit, especially on weekends or closer to Christmas, as wait times can exceed an hour even with online reservations.
  • Check the event's social media pages or website for any weather-related updates, as the show runs rain, shine, or snow, but extreme conditions could cause temporary closures.
